Everything is OK（News from Ecuador June 21, 2009）

    HL-3, the workover rig of Hilong Oil Service & Engineering Co., Ltd. has been reached well site and in the processing of installation.
    As the first project in South America of Hilong S&E, the management paid the special attention to this project and arranged the engineers from China to Ecuador to assistant the operations in safety and smooth.
    Everything at well site is executed in order and according to the procedures of HSE management. The Chinese staff and admitted local staff are working together in a harmonious and co-operational atmosphere.
    The general manager of Ecuador branch, Mr, Zhang Yuean said: “everything is going on fine, we are planning to spud in tomorrow.”
