The Company has developed a series of policies and measures to protect the physical and mental health of employees and vigorously promote the HSE management system. Based on our principle of putting people first, we strictly implement The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases and conscientiously seek to look after and monitor employees' occupational health.

Employee Safety

Safe production practices are at the core of the Company's development, and we consider safeguarding employee safety as one of our significant goals. We conscientiously comply with the national laws and regulations concerning production safety and strictly implement the safety and environmental protection responsibility system. With our sound production safety supervision and management mechanisms in place, we actively adopt advanced safety management approaches and safe production technologies, persistently enhance the HSE management system, and continuously improve the safety of production conditions in order to ensure employee safety.

We strictly comply with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China as well as the laws, regulations, and rules of host countries.
