Continuously improving management standard, equipment assembly get into a higher level

    To meet the requirement of the exported drilling rig assembly of our company, we established our own assembly base in Tian Jin Guangang in 2008. Guangang base is located in Bo Hai Shore to the Southeast of Tianjin City, with advantageous location and convenient transportation, it is 160 KM away from Beijing, and only 10 KM to the Tianjin – Shanxi highway, and 15Km to Tianjin Tanggu New Port, and is adjacent to Tianjin Guangang Forest Park.
    From the preparation in the initial stage to the further replenishment of hardware and software facilities in the following process, use only 8 months, everything has been put in order and there are great improvement in the site management, staff training, accommodation and entertainment.
    In the aspect of site management, as the rig assembly shall follow the international standard to configure, install, debug, and have to meet the specific requirement of the import country, all the above mentioned matters require high standard and strict regulations, and we recruited skilled and experienced electrician, machinist, driller and other operators to ensure a highly qualified assembly work. We also attach great importance on safety by measures such as: daily morning safety meeting, striking signs at the dangerous places of the site, a compulsory regulation to wear hard hat and protective work suit at the site.
    In staff training, the company establishes a special multi-functional class room which equipped with television, projector, tables and chairs and water fountain and other facilities. HR department has designed a training schedule based on practice and carry out periodically training in our base, so that our staff can not only receive training in training organizations but also improve themselves during assembly. The training courses involve drilling theory, drilling English, daily English which have greatly increase staffs’ technical level and their overall quality.
    In order to improve our staffs’ accommodation and entertainment standard, we adopt updated kitchen facilities and employ cook and service personnel. Inside the quadrangle, we can see that everything is in good order. On the right hand side is a lawn, our staff alter it into a small football court which make their leisure time more colorful. During the sun set, sun light covers the derrick and our staff running in the football court, everything seems in harmony, and full of vigor.
    Under the support of our leaders, and through the consistent effort of all our staff, Guangang base is going forward to a higher level.
